I hereby accept and understand that AutoPrint (the SOFTWARE) has been licensed to to me (the LICENSEE), by CGI Systems s.r.o. (the LICENSOR), whose registered address is: U Dejvickeho Rybnicku 10 Praha 6, 160 00, Czech Republic for the exclusive use by the LICENSEE.
I understand that I am not authorized to make copies of the SOFTWARE for the benefit of any other Individual, Company, Subsidiary, Partnership or Organisation. This license does not permit this software to be re-sold and gives the LICENSEE the use of but not ownership of the SOFTWARE and I understand that the LICENSOR retains copyright of the SOFTWARE. Futhermore, I agree to not attempt to reverse engineer or dis-assemble or modify the SOFTWARE.
The LICENSOR does not accept any liability whatsoever that may arise from the use, misuse or abuse of the SOFTWARE. If my local legal situation does not permit this form of limited liability then I will not install or use the SOFTWARE. I also agree that if any part of this agreement is found to unenforceable or illegal, the remainder will still apply.
I understand that I and or my employer may be prosecuted to the fullest extent under law if I break these terms and by using the SOFTWARE I indicate my acceptance of the terms.
